Watermelon Mint Recovery Smoothie

This summer smoothie is packed with electrolytes and antioxidants—perfect for post-practice recovery or a mid-afternoon reset.
Ingredients:
2 cups seedless watermelon, cubed and frozen
½ cup coconut water (or plain water)
½ banana (for creaminess and potassium)
Juice of ½ lime
A few fresh mint leaves
Optional: 1 scoop unflavored collagen or plant-based protein
Directions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with extra mint. Sip slowly, breathe deeply, and let your body soak in the goodness.
