Watermelon Mint Recovery Smoothie

Hydrating. Anti-inflammatory. Refreshing.
This summer smoothie is packed with electrolytes and antioxidants—perfect for post-practice recovery or a mid-afternoon reset.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups seedless watermelon, cubed and frozen

  • ½ cup coconut water (or plain water)

  • ½ banana (for creaminess and potassium)

  • Juice of ½ lime

  • A few fresh mint leaves

  • Optional: 1 scoop unflavored collagen or plant-based protein

Directions:
